ANY OF OUR CLASSES CAN BE DONE PRIVATELY AT YOUR OWN PACE AND TAILORED TO YOUR BODY. THIS IS RECOMMENDED FOR PREGNANT CLIENTS OR ANYONE WITH LIMITING INJURIES.

cancellation policy

All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and must be used by specified expiration date. private sessions are by appointment only and have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. a missed or late cancellation will result in a charge to account or deducted from a current package. any physical limitations, pregnancies or injuries must be brought to instructors attention before the session begins so a tailored plan can be prepared.
